Company
Independent. Swiss. Since 2009.
Masbando GmbH is an independent IT consultancy for AI and IT infrastructure, founded in Zurich in 2009. Our focus is banking, our range is strategy, architecture, build and operation.
Independent means: no reseller margins, no preferred provider, and advice that includes “not yet” when that is the honest answer.

What we do
From strategy to operation.
Four kinds of work, one line of thought: understand the technology, put one governed door in front of it, run it well, and pass the understanding on.
Consulting
IT, AI and business consulting for banks: infrastructure, architecture, security, migrations, project reviews, financial planning and business cases.
Build
The MMI Gateway and the integrations around it: identity, routing, anonymisation, tools and retrieval, in your environment.
Operation
Managed operation on your premises, with the control staying on your side. Monitoring, updates, model curation, backups, evidence.
Training
The same understanding passed on: a two-day course, briefings for IT and management, workshops on your own use cases.
References
Who we have worked for.
Financial institutions rarely allow their names to be used, and we do not ask them to. References are available in a conversation, with the client’s consent.
Since 2009 we have worked for around a dozen major financial institutions in Switzerland, Germany, Liechtenstein and Andorra: infrastructure and release management, architecture and security, migrations, project reviews, financial planning and business cases. The fields are described on the consulting page.
