How we work
Competence you can check.
The decks of the training show their sources, the gateway shows its decision trace, and this site shows its open points. That is deliberate: in regulated environments, trust is something you verify.
Measured, not quoted
Every figure we use has a source and a date. What can be measured, we measure on our own hardware and show as it ran.
Security first
Deny by default, encryption everywhere, memory-safe code, few dependencies. Ease of use comes second and performance third, never the other way round.
Independent
No reseller margins and no preferred provider. Applications call a stable model name; which model answers is a decision you can revisit.
From strategy to operation
We design, build and run. The same people who explain the technology in the training operate it in production, mainly for banks.

Masbando GmbH was founded in 2009 in Zurich as an independent IT consultancy for AI and IT infrastructure, with a focus on banking, from strategy and architecture to operation.
